The
Teenage
Years
Transitioning into adulthood is no small feat and sees our body and brain go through significant changes, metamorphizing into our future adult selves.
'The scariest part of raising teenagers is remembering all the stupid stuff you did as a teenager' - Whitney Fleming
These formative years mark the entrance into adulthood and are often described as a time of great change. This course explores those changes: psychological, attitudinal, behavioural and hormonal. We will look the impact this can have on teenagers, influencing the way in which they think and feel, also addressing how this whole process can be positively and negative affected by sleep, behaviour, mood and lifestyle choices.
