"Sleep is the best meditation" - Dalai Lama
We spend approximately 25 years of our life asleep, yet very few people could explain why we sleep, how we sleep, and what we need to do in order to enjoy a good night's sleep. This course will help staff answer all these questions and more - covering an introduction into sleep disorders, good sleep hygiene practices and the intricacies of the sleep-wake cycle.
NB Prices below relate to on site delivery but modified versions are available online. We appreciate that accommodating large numbers at your venue may be affected by social distancing guidelines. Contact us for amended prices for smaller on site groups.
