2024 Dates available: All 10.00-17.00 Murrayfield Parish Church, Edinburgh, EH12 6EQ 16th Dec 2025 Dates All 10.00-17.00 Murrayfield Parish Church, Edinburgh, EH12 6EQ 27th Jan 26th March 28th May 21st July 26th Sept 26th Nov Designed for: People in a position to deliver first aid to themselves and others in low risk work environments e.g. community based carers, residential support staff, personal assistants, office workers, hotel & catering staff. Content: Legislation, guidelines, policies and procedures to consider Roles of the employer and employee Risk assessing Casualty assessment Resuscitation Seizures Choking Shock Wounds and bleeding Burns ​​ Assessments are completed throughout the course, in practical demonstration formats so attendees can practice and evidence their learning and participation. There will be lots of opportunity for hands-on activities so attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes. Price is per person and a certificate of attendance will be issued after successful completion of the assessments.
