Sarah Ranscombe

Sarah has been involved with the Scottish Ambulance Service for many years, working on the front lines throughout the recent pandemic. As a paramedic, she knows the difference basic life-savings skills can make in an emergency. She believes it is never too late to learn how to save a life!

Sarah takes lead on all our First Aid courses and will tailor her courses to make sure that they meet the specific needs and risks associated with your situation. You may also meet her hosting our Anaphylaxis Awareness (Epi-pen) course and Asthma Awareness (coming soon). Sarah can come to your venue and host private courses, or you can join her on our open monthly Emergency First Aid at Work courses, in Edinburgh.

She draws her training experience from her time spent directly training ambulance technicians and other paramedics, in the community. She brings a unique perspective to first aid training, explaining emergencies from both sides of the 999 call.
